• Solid .NET engineering background with C#, .NET 8, and ASP.NET Core.

Задачи

• Own delivery of the monolith-to-microservices modernization end-to-end, from legacy analysis through production release, with visibility into pipeline status and risk
• Partner with Product and Architecture to review specifications, map legacy dependencies, and create achievable team estimates
• Guide architectural decisions across .NET Core services, SQL/NoSQL databases, and frontend integrations
• Act as the go-to person for complex backend, data migration, and production incident issues
• Improve day-to-day team processes through tighter Jira task tracking, more accurate estimation, and effective QA partnership
• Run regular 1-on-1s tied to career goals
• Drive feedback and process changes that improve team performance and engagement

Требования

• Solid .NET engineering background with deep expertise in C#, .NET 8, and ASP.NET Core
• Deep understanding of web application architecture, REST APIs, microservices, RabbitMQ, and database design with PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, and Redis
• Practical experience with legacy system modernization, monorepo-to-microservices refactoring, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Ability to act as the technical escalation point for complex implementation, data migration, and performance issues
• Proven experience managing engineering teams, including 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and objective evaluations
• Strong delivery management experience with Jira, process discipline, and predictable releases
• Experience reviewing business specifications, assessing technical feasibility, and providing high-level estimates in partnership with PM and Product
