Co-Founder for B2B Fintech / Big Data / Data Scientist

Our client is a promising B2B FinTech company focusing on PSD2, which is set to transform the European banking landscape. They have developed an innovative business model in credit-scoring based on data analytics, which is currently being implemented.

The job:

Are you interested in owning a company and experiencing the dynamic life of a founder? Do you want to work in a fair partnership with highly motivated and qualified co-founders? Join us as a Co-Founder, CTO, and partner to build the company. As part of the founding team, you will undergo significant learning:

• You will take full responsibility for the design and implementation of the company's business mission by defining and developing all service-related technologies.
• You will manage the implementation of infrastructure and product requirements.
• You understand QoS, are pragmatic, and can quickly deliver prototypes or manage the process.
• You will build the IT team and product management function over the coming months.

Salary: standard startup salary with >20% equity, negotiable. Risk-takers are welcome!

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of planning or developing data-intensive backend structures.
• Experience or strong interest in working with large unstructured datasets.
• Experience or motivation to lead IT/product teams or software development projects.
• Ideally, experience in encryption and security environments/applications.
• Ideally, basic knowledge of FinTS/HBCI.
