Your Role as CTO

Own aeirmed's technical vision and lead development of our multi-agent AI system . You'll architect the agentic platform that handles everything from documentation to clinical decision support, working directly with founders to to scale our AI platform and build the engineering team that transforms European healthcare.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect multi-agent AI system with specialized healthcare agents for European ambulatory care
• Lead development of our agentic platform handling clinical documentation, billing, decsion support, and patient communication, etc.
• Build scalable, GDPR-compliant infrastructure for 65,000+ European medical practices
• Drive rapid iteration based on clinical trial feedback and real doctor validation
• Build and lead engineering team from ground up, establishing technical culture
• Own technical roadmap from beta platform to multi-market European expansion

Requirements

Must Have :

• TUM alumni (required)
• MSc / PhD in Computer Science, AI, or equivalent technical experience
• 5+ years building production-level AI systems (healthcare / NLP / enterprise SaaS preferred)
• Proven experience leading technical teams and projects
• Strong background in medical AI and / or full-stack development
• Experience with MDR and GDPR compliance
• Familiarity with German healthcare system
• Previous startup or CTO experience
• Deep passion for healthcare innovation
