Job summary

SilverBack Staffing Ltd is seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to join its delivery team on major Data Centre projects across Europe. You will lead large-scale, technically complex initiatives, coordinating pre-construction through commissioning and handover.

The role requires a degree in Engineering or Construction Management and at least 7 years post-qualification experience, with proven success delivering data centre schemes in international settings.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of post-qualification experience in construction.
• Experience delivering large-scale Data Centre projects is highly desirable.
• Experience with main contractor and international environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
• Drive delivery across Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, Technical Compliance, Commercial Performance, Programme & Scheduling.
• Lead, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary project teams.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee planning, reporting, risk management, and resource coordination.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement and innovative delivery methods across projects.

Job Description CSA Project Manager - Data Centre Projects SilverBack Staffing Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a high-performing delivery team on major Data Centre projects across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional to lead large-scale, technically complex projects with a well-established international contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover
• Drive successful delivery across all project objectives including: Health & Safety Quality Assurance Technical Compliance Commercial Performance Programme & Scheduling
• Lead, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary project teams
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
• Oversee project planning, reporting, risk management, and resource coordination
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and innovative delivery methods across projects

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 7+ years' post-qualification experience within the construction industry
• Proven experience delivering large-scale Data Centre projects is highly desirable
• Additional experience in refurbishment, fit-out, or mission-critical environments is advantageous
• Previous experience working with a main contractor
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage fast-paced, high-value projects in an international environment
