Job summary

Spencer Ogden is seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to lead data centre fit-out packages in Frankfurt, Germany. This permanent, full-time role focuses on delivering high-specification CSA interiors with end-to-end responsibility.

You will manage scope, budget, schedules and multidisciplinary teams on site, with travel to the Netherlands as needed. Strong CSA package knowledge and bilingual English/German are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally within data centres.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of CSA packages and subcontractor management.
• Budget management, cost control and handling variations.
• Fluent in German and English; able to work on site in Frankfurt with travel to the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of CSA fit-out packages (structural ceilings, walls, raised floors, containment, doors, finishes).
• Own project scope, programme, budget, quality and health & safety performance.
• Lead site management, supervision, engineering, QA/QC, EHS and logistics teams.
• Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors to monitor costs, variations, and commercial performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors and installation teams for efficient execution.
• Manage schedules, look-ahead plans, critical paths and interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, quality and safety requirements.
• Maintain communication with clients, main contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Oversee project documentation, progress reporting and handover activities.
• Utilise ACC to track progress and performance.

About the Opportunity

We are recruiting for an experienced CSA Project Manager to join a specialist contractor delivering complex data centre fit-out projects across Europe.

Based in Frankfurt, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of high-specification CSA interior packages on major data centre construction projects.

This is a hands-on, site-based leadership position requiring strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of CSA fit-out packages, including structural ceilings, internal walls, raised access floors, hot and cold aisle containment, fire-rated doors and associated finishes.
• Take ownership of project scope, programme, budget, quality and health & safety performance.
• Lead and coordinate site management, supervision, engineering, QA/QC, EHS and logistics teams.
• Work closely with Quantity Surveyors to monitor project costs, budgets, variations and commercial performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors and specialist installation teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Manage project schedules, weekly look-ahead plans, critical paths and construction interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, main contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Oversee project documentation, progress reporting and handover activities.
• Utilise digital construction management platforms, including Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), to track progress and project performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally within data centres, CSA fit-out or high-specification industrial construction.
• Proven experience managing complex construction projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover.
• Strong knowledge of CSA packages, construction methodologies and subcontractor management.
• Demonstrated commercial responsibility, including budget management, cost control and variations.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary construction teams and managing multiple workstreams.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC, health & safety and construction documentation processes.
• Experience working within main contractor programmes and managing changing project priorities.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar project management platforms is advantageous.
• Good command of both German and English.
• Ability to work on site in Frankfurt, with occasional travel to the Netherlands.
