Job summary

Capstone Recruitment UK is seeking a Procurement Lead to own CSA subcontract procurement across German projects. You will work with pre-construction, commercial and delivery teams to appoint suppliers optimizing cost, schedule and quality, with travel to project sites in Germany.

The role requires strong pricing, analysis and negotiation experience with German subcontractors, and the ability to coordinate across live project teams in a technically complex environment such as data centres.

Qualifications

• Background in quantity surveying, commercial management or construction procurement.
• Strong experience pricing, analysing and negotiating CSA subcontract packages.
• Experience working with German subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ability to work across pre-construction and live project teams.
• Data centre or other large-scale, technically complex construction experience would be advantageous.
• German language skills are highly desirable, but not essential if you have strong experience in the German market.

An international engineering and construction contractor is seeking a Procurement Lead to take ownership of civil, structural and architectural (CSA) subcontract procurement across its German projects. This newly created role will work closely with pre-construction, commercial and delivery teams to appoint suppliers who can meet project requirements on cost, programme and quality.
