We are looking for an experienced CSA Project Manager to oversee the delivery of major civil, structural, and architectural works on a high-profile project in Frankfurt. This role is suited to a driven professional who can confidently lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with external stakeholders, and ensure project outcomes are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the central point of contact for all CSA project matters, ensuring clear communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Build strong relationships with key project stakeholders to maintain alignment on scope, schedule, and design requirements.
- Represent the project team during client, design coordination, and contractor interface meetings.
Planning, Scheduling & Logistics
- Define and implement the project execution strategy for CSA works.
- Develop logistics plans for site mobilisation and demobilisation, ensuring seamless coordination with all trades.
- Create detailed construction schedules aligned with overall project milestones, monitoring progress and adjusting as required.
- Manage procurement timelines and ensure materials arrive in line with programme needs.
Cost Management & Commercial Oversight
- Establish project budgets and monitor cost performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support subcontractor selection and procurement in line with project specifications.
- Oversee cost reporting, revenue tracking, and issue accurate weekly updates on financial status.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Review, approve, and implement project quality plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
- Drive the project’s environmental, health, and safety culture by ensuring EHS plans are fully adopted and adhered to on site.
- Work closely with subcontractors and the engineering team to maintain consistent quality across all CSA elements.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, motivate, and support construction and engineering teams to achieve project outcomes.
- Chair weekly coordination meetings with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain performance and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with senior representatives from subcontractors and suppliers to proactively remove obstacles and maintain progress.
- Develop and manage testing and commissioning procedures for CSA systems.
- Ensure documentation, approvals, and project close-out requirements are completed to a high standard.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in CSA project management or a closely related field.
- Proven ability to manage major construction packages and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex site issues.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to drive teams and maintain high performance standards.
