Ein international tätiges Unternehmen im Bereich IT-Dienstleistungen sucht einen Cryptography Engineer zur Verstärkung des Security & IAM Engineering-Teams. In dieser Position haben Sie die Möglichkeit, innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln und verschiedene Technologien zu verbessern. Vorausgesetzt werden ein Abschluss in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der IT-Sicherheitsbranche, insbesondere mit Know-how in Kryptografietechnologien und Skriptsprachen. Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle, oder als Windows oder Network Security Engineer.
• Erfahrung in der IT-Sicherheitsbranche oder im Finanzsektor.
• Kenntnisse über PKI, Authentifizierungs-/Verschlüsselungsprotokolle.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortlich für mindestens ein Produkt, Teilnahme an allen Phasen des Lebenszyklus: Bewertung, Design, Implementierung, Unterstützung.
• Wichtiges Teammitglied zur Etablierung von Sicherheitsgrundlagen für Authentifizierung, Vertraulichkeit und Integrität.
• Auswahl kryptographischer Produkte und Integration sicherer Kommunikationsprotokolle.

For the development of the Security & IAM Engineering Team, we are looking for a Cryptography Engineer for our customer.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in an international environment and interact with a wide range of stakeholders.

The architecture is undergoing a fundamental change.

In this role, you will bring innovative IAM solutions for various technologies, working closely with our customer.

Your role:

1. Responsible for at least one product, participating in all lifecycle phases: evaluation, design, implementation, support, and replacement.
2. Serve as a key member of the team establishing security basics for authentication, confidentiality, and integrity.
3. Assist the team and customers in selecting cryptographic products, integrating secure communication protocols, and ensuring a controlled operating environment.
4. Apply your expertise to benefit our customers.
5. Hold a degree in computer science or business informatics, with several years of experience in a similar role, or as a Windows or Network Security Engineer, in the IT security industry or financial sector.
6. Experience with Active Directory Certificate Services, Domain Services, Federation Services, and HSM products (preferably Thales/Gemalto).
7. Knowledge of Smart Cards (IDPrime MD), SSO, cryptographic algorithms (AES, RSA, Elliptic Curve), and integrity mechanisms.
8. Familiarity with key management (PKI), authentication/encryption protocols (SSL/TLS, SSH, Kerberos, SAML), and operating systems (Windows, Red Hat Linux).
9. Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as PowerShell, C#.NET, and experience with web servers like IIS and Apache Tomcat.
10. Understanding of standards like PKCS#11, X.509, FIPS 140, and methodologies like ITIL, DevOps, Scrum.
11. Fluent in German and English.
