We’re looking for aCRM Specialist to join ourEU CRM team based inBerlin’s Bergmannkiez neighborhood. This role is pivotal in shaping how we engage, retain, and grow our member community across the EU region. You’ll be hands-on in developing lifecycle journeys, segmenting audiences, and delivering campaigns that inspire loyalty and drive long-term value.

What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day CRM campaign execution across EU markets (Germany, France, Nordics, and more) — including email, push notifications, and direct mail.
Create and optimize lifecycle journeys across onboarding, engagement, loyalty, and win-back funnels.
Develop audience segmentation strategies using behavioral and transactional data to personalize messaging and maximize impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Merchandising, Analytics, and Member Services to deliver localized, on-brand experiences.
Analyze campaign performance and develop actionable insights to improve KPIs such as open/click rates, CVR, retention, and LTV.
Run and document A/B tests on subject lines, content, send times, and channel mix.
Support CRM tooling and platform performance
Stay ahead of trends in retention marketing, privacy (e.g., GDPR), and CRM innovation.
What You’ll Bring
2+ years experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer retention — ideally within fashion, e-commerce, or DTC environments.
Strong grasp of CRM platforms (Iterable, Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo, etc.)
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email setup and dynamic content implementation.
Knowledge of Figma is a plus.
Proficiency in audience segmentation, customer journeys, and testing strategies.
Data-driven approach; able to analyze performance and translate insights into action.
Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven; you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German or French is a plus).
