Your Tasks

• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM systems, identifying redundancies, inefficiencies, and integration challenges
• Design end-to-end CRM processes, including data models, integration layers, workflows, and user interfaces
• Define and enforce CRM development standards based on best practices and governance models
• Oversee the implementation and customization of the CRM platform, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Document system architecture and data flows to ensure smooth transition and effective knowledge retention

Your Profile

At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Proficient in CRM configuration, including workflows, user setup, data import, SQL, and security settings

Experience with integration tools and APIs

Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking in troubleshooting system and process issues; proactive approach to communication and teamwork

Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
