About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordination and implementation of local CRM campaigns in close coordination with the global team
- Initiation, implementation and tracking of local measures to acquire new customers and increase sign-up rates
- Planning and implementation of local promotions, events and new activation formats to promote sales in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- Close cooperation with Store Managers and the local Retail Team, Customer Service, Global CRM and other internal stakeholders
- Analysis of results and derivation of specific recommendations for action
- Testing and integration of AI-supported tools and automation
- Development of innovative CRM activations
- Introducing new ideas and tools to optimize the CRM landscape
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in marketing, business administration, communication or comparable training)
- Practical experience in CRM, campaign and event management
- Fluency in German and English (additional knowledge of Italian or French is a plus)
- Experience in using analytical tools to measure and optimize performance as an advantage
- High level of initiative, structured way of working and strong numerical skills
- AI affinity as an advantage
