This role is part of our Personalised Content team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products, and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for clients including eBay, Uber, Walmart, and more!

JOB PURPOSE

As a (Senior) CRM Project Manager, you will build strong client relationships while overseeing the delivery of various integrated campaigns. You will manage client briefs, plan, assign, review, and deploy creative work, and manage the agency's workload in partnership with the team.

You will collaborate closely with Designers, Copywriters, Developers, and other departments to ensure successful campaign delivery, while maintaining agency profitability and creative integrity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, draft, and review client briefs.
  • Ensure deadlines are met across multiple campaigns, liaising with the Account Director on capacity.
  • Communicate proactively with clients, clarifying questions, managing expectations, and providing updates or recommendations.
  • Translate client feedback effectively to designers and copywriters.
  • Prioritize team workloads and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Meet client requirements while upholding DEPT brand values.
  • Understand clients' business, strategies, objectives, brand, audiences, and challenges; advise on communication solutions to meet their needs and become a trusted adviser.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through meetings, calls, planning sessions, and reviews.
  • Maintain high standards and add value wherever possible.
  • Ensure projects meet success criteria, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Stay informed about DEPT products and services, promoting them to clients.
  • Escalate issues to senior management as needed.
  • Work with the team to test creatives across client channels.
