Job Description

In your role as CRM Manager (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our CRM and communications strategy to drive customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM tools (ex. Segment, Braze, Iterable, Salesforce…), data analysis (comfortable with SQL, GSheets, BigQuery and Looker are a big plus), technical infrastructure (ex. webhooks, APIs, HTML email & in-app templates), and customer behavior (retail, e-commerce or or experience working with subscriptions are a big plus), combined with a strategic mindset to enhance the customer experience and achieve our targets.

You will be working closely with a highly skilled team of three CRM professionals, one data scientist and one marketing engineer. We are looking for someone to take ownership of a dedicated lifecycle segment, including its targets and budget.

In Addition You Will

  • Take ownership of a specific stage within the customer lifecycle, developing and executing strategies to optimize its performance by improving customer engagement, increasing repeat purchases, preventing churn, or reactivating churned customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing Tech, and Customer Insights teams to build cohesive strategies across the customer journey
  • Manage a 5 digit monthly budget to be used to achieve monthly targets.
  • Partner with Local Marketing, Growth, Creative, Data, Commercial and Engineering teams as key stakeholders to achieve your main targets.

Qualifications

  • You have 3+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably within the e-commerce, retail, subscriptions or grocery delivery industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM strategies and lifecycle management
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BigQuery, GSheets, Looker…)
  • Excellent understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalization
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, Segment, or similar
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously -
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
