Job Description

Project Assistantis a dynamic web design, development, and marketing company committed to crafting exceptional digital experiences. Our team is a blend of creative visionaries and tech-savvy professionals dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that drive our clients’ success.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the lead architect across all internal and customer-facing software systems.
  • Evaluate and streamline our CRM ecosystem (12+ platforms across brands).
  • Architect, build, and optimize CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, etc.) with internal tools and third-party apps.
  • Partner with company leadership to design scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor our in-house team of 3 developers, overseeing code quality, architecture standards, and sprint cycles.
  • Define and maintain clear system documentation, architecture diagrams, and API strategies.
  • Own technical escalations, ensuring resolution of integration and infrastructure challenges.
  • Oversee data architecture and flow between marketing, sales, reporting, and operations tools.
  • Ensure system security, reliability, and data integrity across all connected platforms.
Experience
Must haves
  • 7+ years in software architecture, CRM systems, or technical leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success with multi-CRM environments
  • Full-stack engineering proficiency (Node.js, PHP, Python, React, Angular, SQL/NoSQL)
  • Deep knowledge of API development, REST, GraphQL, webhooks, and automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
  • Strong leadership in Agile development environments
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Clear and effective communication/documentation skills
  • Familiarity with multi-brand tech stacks and cross-domain identity management
Nice-to-haves
  • AI or automation tools integration
  • DevOps, CI/CD pipeline experience
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and analytics tools
