Eltrona is the historic cable television provider in Luxembourg. The company is 100% owned by the Belgian cable company Telenet (a subsidiary of Liberty Global). Eltrona operates a hybrid fiber-coaxial network that can deliver ultra-high-speed internet to more than 80% of households and businesses in Luxembourg.

The company’s mission is to become the leading alternative internet service provider, significantly increase its market share, and transform into a high-performing telecommunications company.

It is in this context that we are looking for a Full time Functional analyst to reinforce the IT Applications team of Eltrona, with a background in CRM, BSS / OSS or ERP applications.

You will be the functional expert for both ongoing business improvements as well as for larger project implementation and define, together with the business teams, the specifications for implementation, configuration, customizations, and enhancements of our IT stack applications.

Additionally, you will have functional oversight for configuration and maintenance of our IT stack applications and manage application support towards the business teams.

Role Overview

• Leading and coordinating the implementation of software in areas such as customer management, billing, provisioning, purchasing, sales, and logistics.,.
• Analysing business processes, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing improvements.
• Contributing and facilitating documentation and training activities to ensure smooth client adoption of the concerned IT applications.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients during for the concerned IT applications, both in in-life management, continuous improvements, as well as (migration) projects.
• Contribute to supporting project related testing to ensure the highest standards of delivery.

As a Functional analyst, your responsibilities will include :

• Administration of on of Eltrona’s IT stack applications up to level-4
• project coordination (with business stakeholders, with vendors, with peers)
• Analysis and documentation of requirements
• Conceiving functional specifications
• Training support and business users
• Assisting and supporting customers
• Working in a team and autonomously
• Open support tickets to the 3

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years professional experience, preferably in a service industry IT team
• Degree or education in Business Informatics, or IT-related fields
• Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a structured approach to problem-solving
• Fluent in English (required) and French (required)
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with corporate leaders and end-user customers.
• Knowledge of one of the following applications or application areas is a strong plus; CRM / Salesforce, API / Mulesoft , BSS / OSS and ERP MS BC
• Knowledge of Data analysis or Business Intelligence is a plus
• Development knowledge is a plus
• Pro-active mindset
• Ability to work in a high paced environment
• Ability to work in Luxembourg
