We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Coordinator to join our Growth team. As a CRM Coordinator for Savage X Fenty EU, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing marketing-driven CRM initiatives that drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role involves managing the CRM marketing calendar, creating compelling content for lifecycle campaigns, and leveraging customer segmentation for targeted messaging across channels like email and SMS. The ideal candidate will understand the membership model, be passionate about CRM strategy, content creation, segmentation, and customer journeys. You will collaborate with acquisition, creative, and marketing teams to enhance traffic and brand narrative through data analysis and testing.

This role suits a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented team player excited about applying CRM best practices and developing integrated strategies.

What You Will Do

1. Develop engaging content for CRM channels, primarily email, aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
2. Create and manage CRM content calendars for timely campaign execution.
3. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to review email assets ensuring content accuracy and alignment.
4. Assist in setting up, QA, scheduling, and deploying email campaigns using the CRM platform.
5. Coordinate campaign assets from creation to execution.
6. Support key customer lifecycle campaigns like welcome, loyalty, reactivation, and win-back flows.
7. Work with design, merchandising, and customer service teams to align CRM content with business goals.
8. Align CRM strategies with seasonal initiatives and product launches.
9. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements.
10. Conduct A/B testing on content elements to optimize engagement and conversions.
11. Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative CRM solutions.

What You Can Bring
