As the CRM Campaign & Content Leadat C&A, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 FTEs, driving highly targeted campaigns aimed at both exclusive members and general subscribers. Your role will focus on creating engaging content tailored to our members and crafting compelling newsletters for a wider audience, with the goal of increasing sign-ups and fostering brand loyalty. In this leadership position, you’ll guide your team in leveraging CRM tools for segmentation and automation, while also defining communication guidelines and content strategy for our membership program to ensure messaging that resonates with customers and builds long-term relationships. Working closely with design, digital marketing, and e-commerce teams, you’ll ensure that our CRM initiatives align with C&A’s brand values and contribute to enhancing customer lifetime value.
