Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a responsive Crisis Response Coordinator to join our social services team in Germany. You will respond to crisis contacts, stay active during shifts, and ensure youths receive and understand available resources.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed data collection, warm handoffs, safe referrals, documentation, and reporting as required by law. Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work with diverse teams are essential.

• Knowledge and experience in a social services environment, preferably with crisis intervention.
