This role sits at a privately held Ultra High Net Worth Organization.

This role is will suit a German speaking BCM specialist with experience overseeing financial services and regulated industry Business Continuity Management strategy and operations where they will play a pivotal role in enhancing organizational resilience by overseeing and refining business continuity processes.

Overall you will be tasked with ensuring the organization's continuity strategies remain robust, efficient, and fully compliant with both internal standards and external regulatory obligations. Close collaboration with operational teams, especially within IT, is crucial, alongside promoting BCM awareness through training and guidance.

PROFILE:

A pivotal role in safeguarding organizational resilience by strategically managing business continuity, risk assessment, and crisis response activities.

You will lead and refine frameworks to ensure compliance with critical regulations such as DORA, ISO standards, BAIT, and MaRisk.

Responsibilities include closely collaborating with IT and operational teams, driving incident response efforts, managing disaster recovery strategies, and conducting comprehensive risk and business impact analyses.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in governance, risk management, compliance (GRC), and possess strong capabilities in stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and change management. This position demands leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to enhance company-wide preparedness and resilience proactively.
