Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years in crewing operations or a similar role.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Good command of the English language (written and spoken), Dutch is a plus!
• Valid EU work permit.
• Due to the project-based positions, freelancers are encouraged to apply.

Aufgaben

• Managing all aspects of crewing operations to ensure the efficient and effective deployment of crew members.
• Maintaining crewing schedules, coordinating crew changes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Create and manage crew schedules, ensuring crew members get enough rest and their contracts are upheld.
• Taking care of all the details for crew changes, including travel, visas, and logistics.
• Recruitment and/or interviewing of potential crew members.
• Ensuring certification, licensing, and training compliance.
• Creating plans for crew assignments and ensuring smooth boarding and disembarkation.
• Maintaining up-to-date records compliant with maritime rules and labor standards.

We are seeking Crewing professionals to join our pipeline of talents for projects around Europe. That way, as soon as a new project comes in, we´ll be able to quickly connect our top-tier clients with the best professionals in the market.

Are you ready to be the go-to person for a crew? You will be responsible for managing all aspects of crewing operations to ensure the efficient and effective deployment of crew members. You will play a crucial role in maintaining crewing schedules, coordinating crew changes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

• Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :
• Create and manage crew schedules, making sure they get enough rest, and their contracts are upheld.
• Take care of all the details for crew changes - like travel, visas, and logistics.
• Recruitment and / or interviewing of potential crew members
• Certification, licensing, and training compliance
• Create plans for when and where the crew is needed
• Make sure that crew members get on and off the ship smoothly.
• Make sure our records are up-to-date and compliant with all the maritime rules and labor standards.
