Orizon GmbH - Aviation Unit sucht am Standort Hamburg/ Finkenwerder eine/n Credit Manager (m/w/d). Sie überwachen Forderungen, analysieren Kreditrisiken und steuern Inkasso- Prozesse im internationalen Umfeld.

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in relevanten Bereichen, haben Erfahrung in Controlling/Finance und sichere MS-Excel/SAP-FI-Google Workspace-Kenntnisse sowie fließendes Englisch. Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas gehört dazu.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Industrieller Technik, Betriebswirtschaft, Internationalem Management, VWL oder vergleichbar.
• Berufserfahrung in Controlling, Finance, Accounts Payable, Customer Service, Contract Management.
• Erfahrung im Kredit- und Forderungsmanagement bevorzugt; Erfahrung in multinationalen Umgebungen von Vorteil.
• Fortgeschrittene MS-Excel-, SAP-FI- und Google-Workspace-Kenntnisse.
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse; Deutsch/French/Spanish/Arabic-Kenntnisse wünschenswert.
• Bereitschaft zu Reisen (vierteljährlich, Europa).

Aufgaben

• Stelle sicher, dass Rechnungen termingerecht gemäß Vertragsbedingungen bezahlt werden.
• Prüfe Zahlungseingänge gegen Bankauszüge.
• Milderung von Finanzrisiken und Vermeidung von Verlusten durch Kundeninsolvenzen.
• Verstehe Vertragsbeziehungen zwischen Airbus Customer Services und externen Kunden.
• Berate zu Vertragsklauseln zu Handels- und Zahlungsbedingungen.
• Kunde Kredit für Waren und Dienstleistungen verwalten.
• Regelmäßige Beurteilung von Kreditrisiken mit Unterstützung anderer Abteilungen.
• Analysiere und überwache Kundenzahlungsdaten.
• Führe Mahn- und Inkassotätigkeiten durch; Eskalation bei säumigen Kunden gemäß Prozess.

Ihre zukünftige Arbeitsstelle:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Credit Manager (m/f/d) in Hamburg / Finkenwerder.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Ensure that invoices are paid on time in accordance with contractual terms and conditions
• Review cash receipts against bank statements
• Mitigate financial risks and prevent losses resulting from customer insolvencies
• Learn and understand the contractual relationships between Airbus Customer Services and external customers
• Provide advice on contractual clauses relating to commercial and payment terms
• Manage customer credit for goods and service
• Regularly assess customer credit risks (with support from other departments) and work on risk mitigation measures
• Analyze and monitor customer payment data
• Carry out collection activities, such as issuing regular payment reminders and resolving invoice disputes, up to escalation and potential sanctions for delinquent customers, while adhering to defined processes and guidelines
• Identify compromises and develop constructive solutions to customer payment issues
• Manage the relationship and raise claims through external insurance companies

Ihr Profil:

• Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, Economics or comparable
• Professional experience in Controlling, Finance, Accounts Payable, Customer Service, Contract Management
• Experience in credit and accounts receivable management is preferred
• Experience in multinational environments is a plus
• Advanced skills in MS-Excel, SAP FI and Google Workspace
• Fluent English skills spoken and written
• German/French/Spanish/Arabic skills would be a plus
• Willingness to travel (once per quarter, within Europe)
