Zusammenfassung

Orizon GmbH vermittelt als Ansprechpartner für das Aerospace-Segment eine Position als Finanzanalyst/Cost Engineer am Standort Manching im Auftrag von Airbus Defence & Space.

Sie führen Kostenplanung, EAC, Forecast und Budgetierung durch, standardisieren Berichte und optimieren Finanzprozesse. Voraussetzung sind ein Ingenieurstudium, langjährige Controllingserfahrung, Excel- und SAP-Kenntnisse sowie fließendes Englisch.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium (Elektro/Mechanik) oder vergleichbar.
• Vieljährige Berufserfahrung in Controlling, Finanzen und Projektmanagement.
• Sehr gute MS-Excel-Kenntnisse.
• SAP S/4HANA-Kenntnisse sind erforderlich.
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse; Deutsch/Spanisch von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Konsolidieren und Vorbereiten von operativer Planung, EAC, Forecast, End-of-Year-Schätzung und Budget.
• Standardisierung der Monatsberichte, Automatisierung von Prozessen, Verbesserung der Finanzstrategie/ Kommunikation.
• Ansprechpartner für interne Finanzanfragen, Analysen, neue Arbeitsweisen und Geschäftsbedürfnisse.
• Informations- und Beratungsvorbereitung für Kostenkalkulationen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Kunden.
• Beurteilung von Risiken und Chancen der Kostenkalkulation, danach Optimierung und Präsentation.
• Pflegen und Weitergabe von Fachwissen zu Prozessen, Methoden und Industrieaufbau.
• Unterstützung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen von Prozessen, Werkzeugen und Nachhaltigkeitsinitiativen.
• Entwicklung und Harmonisierung von Kostenmodellen, Methoden, Werkzeugen und Datenanalysen.
• Unterstützung von Lieferantenverhandlungen und Make-or-Buy-/Go-No-Go-Entscheidungen.
• Konsolidierung der ED/FCAS-Industriekostenbasis, Investitionen, Risiken und Audits.
• Koordination von Inputs aus Produktion, Fertigungsengineering, Qualität und Beschaffung.
• Fachlicher Ansprechpartner für ED/FCAS-Program Finance und Business.

Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as Financial Analyst / Cost Engineer (m/f/d) in Manching.

Your Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and prepare Operational Planning, EAC, Forecast, End of Year Estimation and Budget
• Standardize monthly reporting, automate processes, improve co-pilot finance strategy and communication
• Act as focal point for internal finance requests, analysis, new way of working, and business needs
• Prepare information and advice for cost calculations in cooperation with the internal customers
• Assessment of risks and opportunities in costing followed by optimisation and presentation
• Maintain and share expertise and knowledge of the processes, methods, and industrial set-up
• Support continuous improvement of processes, tools and sustainability initiatives
• Develop and harmonize cost models, methods, tools and data analyses
• Support supplier negotiations and strategic make-or-buy / go-no-go decision
• Consolidate ED & FCAS industrial cost base, investments, risks & opportunities and audit activities
• Coordinate Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality and Procurement inputs for ED & FCAS work packages
• Operations Finance Focal point for ED/FCAS to Program Finance and Business

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical), Industrial Engineering or comparable
• Many years of professional experience in Controlling, Finance and Project Management
• Very good user skills in MS-Excel
• User skills in SAP S/4 Hana
• Fluent English skills spoken and written
• German or Spanish skills are a plus
