WePush, based in Berlin, seeks a Creator Partnerships & Operations Manager to lead creator growth, manage agency communications, and own campaign quality from onboarding to delivery. The role blends relationship management with operational execution in a fast-growing creator marketing platform.

You will work on budgets, timelines and negotiations and collaborate with creators, agencies and internal teams to scale partnerships. German and English fluency are required, with on-site work in Berlin.

Important: We are an English-first company, but native-level German is mandatory for this position, as you will communicate directly with German-speaking creators and agency partners. This is an on-site role based in our Berlin office.

WePush is building a scalable platform that connects creators, brands, agencies and advertisers through paid creator campaigns.

As our Creator Partnerships & Operations Manager, you will be one of the key people making these campaigns run successfully - owning creator growth, creator and agency communication, campaign quality, budgets, timelines and smooth execution from onboarding to final delivery.

This role is perfect for you if you enjoy working with creators, love keeping complex campaigns organized, have a strong eye for social content, and feel comfortable switching between relationship management, quality feedback, negotiations, and operational execution.

Tasks

• 1. Creator & Agency Management (Point of Contact) Manage day-to-day communication with creators and agency partners and keep campaign budgets, deadlines, deliverables and approvals clearly structured from onboarding to final delivery.
• 2. Content Review & Quality Management Review creator content with a sharp, performance-driven eye, provide clear revision feedback, and take ownership of final quality approval in line with campaign standards.
• 3. Creator + Agency Acquisition & Partnerships Identify, approach and onboard new creators and agency partners, contributing to long-term, high-quality partnerships. Negotiate terms and deals that create strong outcomes for advertisers while keeping creator relationships fair, motivated and sustainable.
• 4. Community & Relationship Management Manage and nurture the creator community through direct interaction, engagement initiatives, and events, strengthening long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
• 5. Creator Network Growth & Process Optimization Identify new creator and agency partnership opportunities, strengthen our Creator Pool day by day, and help improve internal processes and product feedback loops through hands‑on campaign experience.

Requirements

You are a highly organized communicator with a sharp eye for detail, strong ownership, and the confidence to manage creators, agencies, budgets, feedback rounds and multiple campaigns at the same time. You balance structure and professionalism with the charisma needed to build strong long‑term relationships.

Required Job Experiences/Background

• Native-level German and strong English communication skills
• Experience in creator management, influencer marketing, talent management, campaign management, social media, partnerships, or agency/client communication
• Strong organizational skills and confidence managing budgets, timelines, deals, and multiple stakeholders
• A sharp eye for TikTok, Instagram Reels, creator content, quality, hooks, storytelling, and brand fit
• Confidence in giving constructive feedback to creators and negotiating with agencies
• Very good spreadsheet skills and comfort working with structured systems, CRMs or campaign tools
• A proactive, reliable and solution-oriented mindset
