United States Digital Space LLC sucht eine/n Werkstudent/in (20h/Woche), Vollzeit oder Freelance, der/die native Deutsch und fließendes Englisch beherrscht. Du entwickelst Formate, machst Content sichtbar auf TikTok/Instagram und arbeitest direkt mit dem Gründerteam zusammen.

Du bringst Inhalte eigenständig von der ersten Idee bis zum veröffentlichten Post; Remote-Arbeit ist möglich, Bürostandort Berlin steht zur Verfügung und bietet ein dynamisches, schnell wachsendes Umfeld.

Qualifikationen

• Du bist sicher vor der Kamera, sprichst flüssig Deutsch und Englisch.
• Du bringst Ideenstärke mit und kannst eigenständig Formate entwickeln.
• Du hast Erfahrung mit TikTok und Instagram in der Content-Produktion.

Aufgaben

• Beobachte Trends und erstelle Formate, die Sichtbarkeit der Marke erhöhen.
• Bevorte Inhalte von Konzept bis Post eigenständig umsetzen.
• Material aus internen Prozessen in spannende Content-Stücke übersetzen.
• End-to-End-Verantwortung für TikTok und Instagram übernehmen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team, um Kampagnen, Creator-Stories und Meilensteine zu kommunizieren.

AufgabenWhat you'll do:

• The bulk of your time: Be on camera and build formats that make the company and SongPush visible on TikTok and Instagram
• Identify, develop, and produce content formats independently, from first idea to published post
• Translate less obvious material such as internal processes, performance data, and behind-the-scenes work into content people love
• Own TikTok and Instagram end to end: posting, community, and staying ahead of trends
• Work closely with the team to turn campaigns, creator stories, and company milestones into content
• Test formats continuously and adapt quickly based on performance

• Exceptionally communicative: you're comfortable talking to a camera, an audience or a room
• Energetic with an edge. You have a voice and know when to use it
• A steady stream of ideas, more than there is time to produce
• A strong instinct for content and genuine enjoyment of being on camera
• The ability to spot, develop, and execute formats on your own, without a step-by-step brief
• Strong identification with TikTok, social media, and the company as a brand
• Hands-on experience producing for TikTok and Instagram
