What to Expect

• Our 6-month Creative Talents Program offers exclusive insights into our buying and marketing worlds.
• Learn about our processes through various practical phases, support collection development, and participate in exciting campaigns:
• Onboarding with insights into NEW YORKER and our buying & marketing departments
• Practical phases in buying, focusing on trend research, sampling, collection planning, and more
• Shadowing in design and technical departments with direct involvement in current projects
• Marketing involvement, from photo production to campaign creation
• Close collaboration with experienced mentors

What We Find Particularly Interesting

• You can creatively implement content and preferably have experience in building communities on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube
• You are studying fashion management, fashion design, textile technology, marketing, or a similar field – or you are a successful content creator in the fashion sector
• You have initial experience in fashion, social media, or buying through studies, internships, or your own brand
• You have a good sense for trends, creativity, and a strong interest in fashion & performance marketing
• You demonstrate initiative, communication skills, and team spirit
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus
