Were looking for a Creative Strategist to join our marketing team at Twin Harbour Interactive. In this role youll be at the intersection of strategy creativity and execution turning marketing goals into actionable creative plans coordinating the production of assets and driving performance through constant iteration and rigorous testing. You will be responsible for aligning creative efforts across internal and external stakeholders ensuring every asset is purpose-built on brand and performance-driven to drive our titles to new heights. You will be working on the Supremacy Franchise a long term strategy multiplayer series dedicated to a global audience of mature players defined by large scale conflict sandbox diplomacy and psychological warfare.

YOUR MISSION

  • Work closely with the marketing team to translate game and campaign strategies into actionable creative plans.
  • Organize prioritize and manage all marketing asset needs including video and static ads key visuals social media assets app store materials and promotional content.
  • Implement and maintain a clear scalable system for organizing and managing all marketing assets across teams and channels.
  • Ensures the full potential of each creative asset is realized by overseeing thorough distribution active follow-up with stakeholders and usage monitoring. Each successful assets is to be scaled and localized.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and external production studios to oversee asset creation from briefing to delivery.
  • Analyze campaign goals player insights and the competitive landscape to design innovative creative strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Act as a liaison between Product Marketing Managers UA Managers Game Producers and creative teams to align messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Be at the forefront of making Twin Harbour titles global successes by transferring concepts to or developing new creative strategies aimed at new markets.
  • Work closely with UA managers App Store Managers and Artists to connect the dots between creative performance and store page conversion leveraging synergies with Custom Product Pages and connected advertising.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience in mobile game marketing ideally within F2P models especially in the strategy genre.
  • Proven experience working on high-impact campaigns with UA or performance KPIs at their core.
  • Track record of overseeing complex asset production pipelines from ideation to delivery.
  • Ability to transform marketing objectives into concrete performance-oriented creative strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate and prioritize multiple asset productions across stakeholders.
  • Talent for crafting actionable briefs and delivering clear constructive feedback to creative teams.
  • Confident communicator who can effectively interface with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Capacity to understand campaign performance metrics and iterate creatively based on data insights.
  • Comfortable managing creative relationships with external production teams and IP licensors ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and creative standards.
  • Experience working in iterative deadline-driven production cycles with fast feedback loops.
