Overview

Our client is a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand in the health & wellness space, trusted by thousands of customers worldwide. Paid media is one of our biggest growth drivers — and we’re looking for a Creative Strategist to spearhead the creative direction behind our campaigns.

If you’re equal parts storyteller and data-driven strategist, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the creative vision for paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and new platforms.
  • Produce scroll-stopping creative briefs that define hooks, emotional triggers, and testable concepts.
  • Collaborate with our creative and media buying teams to deliver ad content at scale.
  • Build and manage iterative creative testing frameworks (A / B, multivariate), analysing performance to refine and improve CTR, ROAS, CPA.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, cultural trends, and creative best practices.
  • Present insights and creative performance reports to stakeholders regularly.
  • Ensure all creative aligns with brand values and drives measurable results.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years in creative strategy for paid media within e-commerce / DTC.
  • Hands-on experience across Meta, TikTok, and other paid media channels.
  • A strong portfolio of successful paid campaigns (beauty, cosmetics, or wellness a plus).
  • Ability to translate data into creative direction — and creative vision into measurable impact.
  • Skilled at briefing, testing, and optimising creative at scale.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Bonus : Experience with YouTube, Snap, Google Ads, or DV360.
