We are passionate about creating innovative beauty products and maintaining a strong position in the prestige beauty market. We are seeking a Creative Service Director (m/f/d) in Munich!

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating design environments, product displays, consultation areas, and transaction spaces.
• Ensuring brand image consistency and adherence to guidelines set by the New York office to achieve a cohesive store presentation.
• Providing designs, technical drawings, and specifications for new installations.
• Communicating with regional design teams and updating all parties on revisions.
• Working closely with brand directors to ensure store presentation quality.
• Negotiating with brands, vendors, and design teams for optimal solutions.
• Ensuring security requirements are met in all designs and products.
• Educating sales teams on location selection and shopfitting techniques.
• Updating shopfitters on materials, quality, and costs.
• Identifying and interviewing new shopfitters for future projects.
• Providing leadership, guidance, and team performance assessments.

Qualifications:

• Formal training in architecture or interior design.
• Experience with graphics, layouts, signage, traffic flow, and human scale.
• Experience in the luxury goods industry.
• Leadership skills, including coaching and development of team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative and innovative thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
