About The Role

As part of Zalando Marketing Services, Marketing Operations - Creative is a Zalando in-house agency which is specialized in building strategic creative and influencer marketing solutions at scale for brand partners.

Thus, we are looking for a Creative Project Manager to grow the ZMS Creative business in the Sport & Premium Portfolio by handling strategic accounts and helping them achieve long-term marketing success by offering holistic tailored solutions. The portfolio consists of Sports brands like Adidas, Puma, ASICS, Lululemon, ON etc. Within the role, you will drive and implement high level campaigns, working with the top fashion brands hand in hand with Zalando Marketing Services Partner Consultants & Partner Solution Manager.

The team is very dynamic and ambitious. More than 80 colleagues, the majority of which have an international background, are working on Sales, Project Management and Marketing and are led by the Team Leads and Managing Director.


WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

  • Be the face to our brand partners and respective ZMS Partner Consultants; it is your job to support growing the accounts by consulting our partner brands on effective campaigns including creative production and influencer activations, resulting in successful activations.
  • Work with internal strategy, creative & tech teams, acting as project owner for each briefing that’s sent through from brands to support them in creating concepts and make recommendations for campaigns that are cutting edge.
  • Give guidance and act as a marketing consultant throughout the campaign process from strategic input to creative briefing, marketing concept and execution.
  • You will be in charge of the planning & timelines, approvals, and content deliverables of all campaigns, coordinating between different teams and external and internal Zalando stakeholders.
  • Autonomously manage influencer marketing campaigns and creative projects, resulting in successful campaigns and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor campaign execution and performance in order to optimize campaign strategies, content delivery, internal processes and develop new approaches.
  • Strive to ensure the highest quality in delivery, by aligning timelines and strategies of your brand partners and Zalando in the best way possible.
  • Understand the strategy and needs of your brands to effectively find suitable marketing solutions from our service portfolio and apply them to your brands to continuously develop and foster productive business and stakeholder relationships.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • You should bring at least 3 years of Account/Project Management experience in Online Marketing, preferably at a leading advertising or influencer marketing agency, publisher or e-Commerce company.
  • Passion for all things digital and influencer marketing, with a solid understanding of the online campaign workflow and proven track record of realizing and managing impactful & complex 360° creative campaigns.
  • You are a creative thinker who is able to develop holistic 360° marketing concepts and actively pitch them to clients, negotiating for higher budgets.
  • Strong customer focus, proactiveness and ability to think one step ahead with the client in mind. Hands-on mentality and thriving to find the best solution in the shortest possible time. You know how to prioritize and manage workloads across multiple campaigns and/or clients.
  • Your strong stakeholder management skills and ability to identify the right stakeholders allow you to manage expectations of the parties involved. You stay cool, calm and collected even when the going gets tough.
