Job summary

Kess Berlin is seeking a Creative Producer & Photographer (f/m/d) to plan and deliver photo and video productions, from in-house shoots to large campaigns. You will translate creative concepts into production plans and ensure assets meet channel requirements for marketing channels including Performance, CRM, E-commerce and Retail.

You will lead on-set teams, coordinate models, agencies and locations, manage budgets and licensing, and capture high-quality imagery for e-commerce and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in creative production, photography or content production.
• Experience planning and delivering photo and video productions from briefing to final asset delivery.
• Professional photography skills for e-commerce and campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of cameras, lighting, studio equipment and post-production workflows.
• Fluent English; German is a bonus.
• Experience coordinating models, agencies, freelancers and on-set teams.
• Understanding talent buyouts, usage rights, releases and production documentation.

## Creative Producer & Photographer (f/m/d)Apply: Berlin: Full time: Posted Today: JR100117**What you can expect** As **Creative Producer & Photographer (f/m/d) at Kess Berlin**, you will be responsible for planning and delivering our photo and video productions, from regular in-house and e-commerce shoots to larger campaign productions.You will translate creative concepts, product positioning and business objectives into effective production plans, ensuring that the content we create supports product launches, guides customers and provides marketing channels such as Performance, CRM, E-commerce, Retail and more with the assets they need to achieve their goals.As a sparring partner to the Team Lead Creative, you will contribute to campaign and content concepts and help turn creative ideas into strong, realistic and channel-relevant productions. You will also act as the photographer for our regular e-commerce shoots and selected campaign or content productions. Your responsibilities include:* Plan and manage photo and video productions from initial scoping through to final asset delivery, including schedules, shot lists, production documentation, budgets and resource planning.* Translate creative concepts, product stories and channel objectives into content that supports launches, communicates products clearly and delivers the formats and variations required by each marketing channel.* Act as a sparring partner to the Team Lead Creative during concepting, contributing practical expertise around feasibility, formats, talent, locations, timing and budget.* Coordinate models, agencies, freelancers, suppliers, locations, equipment, products, props and all other production requirements, while leading production assistants and external teams through clear briefs and aligned timings.* Support the casting process by shortlisting suitable talent together with the Team Lead Creative, considering brand identity, product purpose and how effectively the product can be represented.* Act as photographer for e-commerce shoots and selected campaign or content productions, ensuring strong technical quality, accurate product representation and sufficient asset coverage.* Manage image selection, retouching, editing, file delivery and archive structures, and review production results to improve future workflows and cost efficiency.* Oversee buyouts, usage rights, releases and production documentation, maintain reliable tracking systems and proactively inform teams how and where assets may be used. **What we expect from you** **Must-haves*** 3-5 years of experience in creative production, photography or content production within an agency or D2C brand, ideally in beauty, fashion or lifestyle.* Experience independently planning and delivering photo and video productions from briefing through to final asset delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, supplier management and team coordination.* Professional photography skills, with confidence shooting e-commerce and selected campaign or content productions.* Strong technical knowledge of cameras, lighting, studio equipment and post-production workflows, ideally including Capture One and Adobe Photoshop.* The ability to translate creative concepts and business objectives into realistic production plans and channel-relevant content.* Experience coordinating model agencies, freelancers, suppliers and on-set teams, with a good understanding of casting and talent selection.* Strong knowledge of talent buyouts, usage rights, releases and production documentation, including the ability to maintain reliable tracking systems.* A strong eye for detail, excellent organisation and a calm, practical and solution-oriented approach when priorities or production conditions change.* Clear and professional communication with models, agencies, freelancers, suppliers and internal stakeholders; fluent English is required, German is an advantage. **Nice-to-haves*** Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance or premium lifestyle production.* Professional experience in product, beauty or e-commerce photography.* Experience with larger campaign productions or international shoots.* Videography, video-editing, colour-grading or motion-design skills.* Experience with AI-supported creative or production workflows.* An established network of production partners, freelancers and model agencies.
