We design, code, create, and scale — using AI, smart funnels, and scroll-stopping content.

Now we’re looking for a designer who understands what makes things work, not just look good.

Someone who knows marketing, gets conversions, and can deliver fast, high-quality visuals that drive performance.

Tasks
  • Design paid social ad creatives (static + motion) for Meta, TikTok, and Google
  • Create banners, thumbnails, hooks, and promo visuals that convert
  • Edit short-form videos with strong storytelling and rhythm
  • Work inside brand guidelines while pushing visual performance
  • Collaborate with media buyers and content teams to test and iterate fast
  • Design landing page mockups, layouts, and wireframes (bonus)
  • Maintain a clean, organized system for ongoing creative assets
Requirements
  • Strong portfolio showing paid ad creatives that performed
  • Confident in editing short videos (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
  • Knows how to balance design and direct response thinking
  • Understands ad psychology, visual hierarchy, and how to get attention
  • Fast, detail-oriented, and good at working under pressure
  • Bonus: experience with After Effects, Framer, or motion graphics
  • Bonus: experience with conversion-focused design (LPs, banners, offers)
