This role involves partnering with top storytellers to bring their visions to life on our app across diverse content formats. You will collaborate with the creative team, marketers, data analysts, and producers to develop concepts, conduct research, analyze data, and market immersive serialized stories across genres. The ideal candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and storytelling with a social media marketing expertise to define Germany’s growth strategy. Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of Promo Writers, Video Editors, and Marketers
• Test content on social platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok) and optimize for low CPIs
• Develop long-term strategies to recover ad spend within 6-12 months
• Work with creative teams to dub and adapt US promotional materials
• Integrate AI into workflows to boost efficiency and creativity
• Create and iterate marketing assets rapidly for success
• Identify marketplace trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with other departments to generate ideas based on market testing and evaluate ongoing series performance
• Establish partnerships with social media and entertainment companies to position Pocket FM as a growth leader in the German media landscape

Qualifications :

• 10+ years of creative experience at a studio, network, production company, startup, or corporation
• Background in digital marketing with experience managing paid campaigns
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Existing network of writers, marketers, and social media producers
• Strong understanding of storytelling elements: theme, tone, structure, plot, and narrative arcs
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and problem-solving mindset
• Attention to detail and prioritization skills
• Passion for storytelling and content creation

Location : Germany - Remote working (Berlin preferred)

Language Proficiency : German (native) and basic English
