Jung von Matt HAMBURG is looking for a Creative Director Social Media (d/f/m) in full time to lead our dynamic team in crafting innovative and engaging social media campaigns.

The tasks:

  • Develop and execute creative social media strategies that align with client objectives and brand identity.
  • Lead a team of social media specialists and content creators, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Analyze social media trends and metrics to optimize campaign performance and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
  • Present creative concepts and campaign results to clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their goals.

About you:
  • Proven experience in social media strategy and creative direction, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. (German C2-Level & Englisch B2-Level)
  • A passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.
