Your Mission
We are looking for an art-based Creative Director (m/f/d) who combines conceptual know-how with digital design expertise. You have 8+ years of experience as a leading creative mind who nurtures the creative and inspires different stakeholders? As part of our company, you will create impactful campaigns from ideation to execution for a large, global MedTech brand. Moreover, you should be experienced in working across all channels, with a digital first mindset, and think in design systems.
- Strengthen brand foundations: You build a strong foundation upon our newly refreshed brand guidelines, evolve and ensure consistency as well as integrity behind our company's brand
- Bring brand vision to life: You bring our brand vision and voice to life across all our channels
- Develop design systems: You create design systems for our global campaigns, suite of products and internal initiatives
- Mentoring: You guide and mentor a team of creative employees
- Direct cross-channel brand campaigns: You provide creative direction on brand-level for video, web, social media and graphic design projects including development and execution of global campaigns
- External collaboration: You identify and lead external vendors (agencies, freelancer, production companies)
Your Talents
- Bachelor`s degree in Graphic Design or a successfully completed study in a similar field
- At least 8 years as a Creative Director (m/f/d) or Senior-level Creative role
- B2B experience is essential, B2B healthcare or MedTech experience a plus
- Expert level in most all Adobe Creative Suite software and experience in Censhare DAM desirable
- Strategic understanding of current trends within experience design, marketing, branding, digital product design and agile methodologies and ability to translate strategies into impactful creative concepts
- Super organized and agile: You understand process, but know how to be flexible
- Omnichannel thinker and innovation lover
- Cultural sensitivity and strong communication skills to build a strong network
- Fluent in English, good knowledge of the German language is a plus
