ABOUT THE ROLE

Spotlight

As our Creative Designer (m/f/d), you’ll turn briefs into eye catching scroll-stoppers. Creating motion graphics, UGC videos, and other branded content, you will capture the magic of learning through play and fuel EDURINO\'s performance marketing channels.

What you will do at EDURINO

  • Produce a high volume of creative assets for paid social, display, and other performance marketing channels
  • Gather briefs from creative strategists and marketing leads, then take them from initial conceptualization to the final asset
  • Liaise with internal brand teams and external partners, such as UGC creators, to source, brief, and deliver content
  • Optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Paid Social, Head of Paid Search, and other channel owners to ensure the output aligns with channel strategies
  • Support creative testing, rapid iteration, and ongoing optimisation based on data and feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with creative trends and best practices in performance marketing
ABOUT YOU

We seek a dedicated Creative Designer from the e-comm environment with a remarkable “get-things-done” mentality and excellence in motion skills. You thrive when juggling multiple projects & stakeholders to consistently deliver a high-volume of assets.

Skills you need to bring

  • Extensive experience in motion graphics & video, making it a standout skill within your creative toolkit
  • Strong portfolio showcasing paid social and performance marketing work - we’ll specifically pay attention to your video assets
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and similar tools
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and a high degree of organization to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong preference for testing and iterating content based on data analyses
  • Keen interest in developments within Artificial Intelligence and curiosity to experiment with new tools and approaches
  • Business-fluency in German & English with great communication skills, comfortable collaborating across teams and with external partners

Advantages:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a creative, design, or content production role
  • Considerable experience in an agency or high-growth DTC / e-commerce environment
