The Crane Product Manager is responsible for managing the entire life-cycle of the company's crane product line, including product planning, development, promotion, and sales support.

This position requires close attention to European market needs and trends, collaboration with R&D to develop new products, and cooperation with the sales team to implement strategies that ensure product competitiveness and growth.

This role is hybrid and based in Bedburg, Germany.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Research and analyze demand and competition in the European crane market; develop product and development plans accordingly.
2. Manage the crane product line's entire life-cycle, including pricing, market positioning, promotion, and sales channels.
3. Collaborate with R&D to ensure product designs meet customer needs and standards.
4. Coordinate marketing activities and sales support efforts to increase brand awareness and sales.
5. Monitor sales data and market feedback; adjust strategies as needed.
6. Support sales teams and channel partners in achieving sales goals and customer satisfaction.
7. Report on market conditions, sales, and promotional effectiveness; suggest improvements and growth strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related fields, with relevant crane industry experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in crane product management or marketing, preferably in Europe.
• Knowledge of European crane demand and standards, with strong market analysis skills.
• Excellent team management and project coordination skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in English; additional EU languages are a plus.
