Reifenwerk Heidenau GmbH in Heidenau, Saxony, Germany, seeks a craftsman/electrician for shift operation to monitor and maintain production machines in our tire manufacturing facility.

You will set up and adjust machinery, ensure continuous operation, and support ongoing maintenance tasks in a fast-paced production environment. Fluent German is required; electrical engineering training is preferred and shift work is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Completed electrical engineering training.
• Knowledge of maintenance, setup and operation of production machines.
• Willingness to work in a shift system.
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
• Experience with monitoring production processes is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Ensure continuous availability and flawless functionality of production machines and equipment.
• Monitor technical operating processes.
• Set up confectioning machines and adjust production equipment.

• Ensuring continuous availability and flawless functionality of the production machines and equipment used
• Monitoring technical operating processes
• Setting up confectioning machines
• Adjustment and modification of production machines, e.g., tire heating presses or post spreaders
• Completed electrical engineering training
• Knowledge of maintenance, setup, and maintenance of machines
• Basic knowledge in the field of plant construction/welding/electrical engineering or automation technology
• Basic knowledge of occupational safety
• Basic knowledge of MS-Office
• Prudent, careful, and quality-oriented work approach
• High sense of responsibility & reliability
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written
