Zusammenfassung

Parts Europe GmbH in Trier sucht Sie als Teamleiter für Instandhaltung. Sie führen das Wartungs-Team, planen Schichten und setzen Techniker effizient ein, um eine reibungslose Produktion zu gewährleisten.

Sie organisieren Werkstattabläufe, sorgen für Werkzeug- und Maschinenverfügbarkeit und minimieren Stillstandszeiten in enger Abstimmung mit der Produktion. Zudem übernehmen Beschaffung, Dokumentation und regelmäßiges Reporting zur Leistungsverbesserung.

Qualifikationen

• Technische Ausbildung in Elektrik/Elektronik mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung.
• Erfahrung in Team- und Personaleinsatzplanung ist vorteilhaft.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Sie leiten das Wartungsteam, planen Schichten und setzen Techniker effizient ein, um eine reibungslose Produktion zu gewährleisten.
• Sie organisieren Werkstattabläufe, sorgen für Werkzeug- und Maschinenverfügbarkeit.
• Sie minimieren Stillstandszeiten in enger Abstimmung mit der Produktion.
• Sie übernehmen Beschaffung, Fakturierung und Lagerung von Materialien sowie Berichte zur Leistungsüberwachung.
• Sie identifizieren Fehler und Störungen und dokumentieren diese nachvollziehbar.
• Sie treiben kontinuierliche Verbesserungen und regelmäßige Berichte voran.

Jobbeschreibung

Your responsibilities:

• As Maintenance Team Lead, you will manage the maintenance team, plan theshifts and the optimal deployment of technicians.

• You will also be responsible for the organization and smooth running of the workshop, including the availability of tools and machines.

• You will minimize stillstand timesduring maintenance and reparations in close cooperation and consultation with production.

• You will be responsible for the ordering, invoicing and the correct storage of required materials, as well as reporting on performance monitoring to ensure a smooth workflow.

• Other core tasks include finding and fixingerrors and work disruptions, also documenting them accurately so that your colleagues can refer back to them later.

• You will contribute to continuous performance and process improvement and monitoring through regular reporting.

You bring along:

• A successfully completed technical training, ideally in the field of electrics, electronics or a comparable qualification with several years of relevant professional experience, further trainings as a technician or master craftsman is of advantage.

• Preferably you have several years of experience in organizational management and personnel planning.

• Strong quality awareness, organizational talent and a high degree of self-responsibility.

• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally ERP systems.

• Good German and English skills both written and spoken for communicating with our international team and a head for heights round off your profile.
