Röders GmbH seeks a Country Sales Manager for high precision milling and grinding machines in Japan. The role includes generating sales projects, negotiating customer contracts, and ensuring technical understanding of machining applications. Ideal candidates should possess an outgoing personality and a keen interest in advanced machining technologies.
Japan has an outstanding machine tool industry. Nevertheless, there are applications that require the import of foreign machines if extreme precision or surface qualities are required. Due to its strong innovation Roeders has been able to import its machine tools made in Germany to Japan for 20 years in partnership with the local company Gosho Co., Ltd. who is also taking care of the service for the Roeders machines. In order to strengthen and increase the sales activities in Japan Roeders plans to directly hire a Country Sales Manager in Japan. The Country Sales Manager will work on its own projects in Japan with direct responsibility to Roeders in Germany. Gosho will continue supporting the customers with the installations, training and local service.
