Country Sales Manager for high precision milling and grinding machine tools inJapan
Are you interested in demanding high precision machining applications for high tech machine tools?

Japan has an outstanding machine tool industry. Nevertheless, there are applications that require the import of foreign machines if extreme precision or surface qualities are required. Due to its strong innovation Roeders has been able to import its machine tools made in Germany to Japan for 20 years in partnership with the local company Gosho Co., Ltd. who is also taking care of the service for the Roeders machines. In order to strengthen and increase the sales activities in Japan Roeders plans to directly hire a Country Sales Manager in Japan. The Country Sales Manager will work on its own projects in Japan with direct responsibility to Roeders in Germany. Gosho will continue supporting the customers with the installations, training and local service.

What are your direct tasks?
  • Approaching potential customers in specific industries as defined together with Roeders Germany before and thus generating new sales projects
  • Explaining the technical advantages and the resulting high cost savings achievable with the Roeders machines to the customers
  • Discussing and defining test workpieces together with the customers for proving the technical abilities of the machines in the customers application
  • Forwarding the information for test workpieces to Roeders Germany
  • Accompanying customers to Roeders Germany for factory visits and machining test workpieces
  • Preparing quotations for the customers and explaining the details in the quotations to the customers
  • Negotiating and explaining the conditions for machine sales with the support of Roeders Germany
  • Regular factory visits for training in the newest developments of Roeders
