Objective

As the Country Project Manager (Poland), you are responsible for launching YesStyle in Poland. This would include setting up the website in cooperation with IT, Product and Content teams, developing the marketing strategy finding growth opportunities, localizing and optimizing the various marketing channels aimed to build a strong online presence. Ultimately you are to build a strong online presence and establish the YesStyle brand as a leader of Korean and Asian cosmestic products in Poland.

Key Responsibilities

• Market launch: Lead the project of setting up the new market’s YesStyle website in close collaboration with the departments like IT, Product, Data/BI and Content. Take responsibility for the YesStyle website presence (in the beginning, including translations) in the market and help with projects for further business expansion in the region including website localization and optimization.
• Marketing & growth strategy: Develop, plan and implement marketing strategy (online and offline) to increase YesStyle’s brand awareness and establish YesStyle as a market leader in the Asian & Korean beauty and skincare in the market. Develop partnerships and collaborations to strengthen YesStyle’s position. Initiate, plan and lead creative and impactful marketing campaigns to engage and convert our target audience.
• Project Management: Collaborate with and lead the country-focus projects including various stakeholders in the company, both within and outside of the Marketing Department: Performance, Retention and Loyalty, Social Media, Influencer, SEO as well as Data, Content and other Teams. Plan and manage the allocation of budgets to different marketing channels and initiatives to grow the market.
• Digital Marketing: Work with our internal specialist teams as well as external agencies to drive sales and reach through various marketing channels. Marketing channels include search marketing, affiliate marketing, email marketing, social media and influencer marketing.
• Networking/customer relationship management: Represent YesStyle at industry events, conferences and trade fairs, establish a presence for YesStyle and identify potential partnerships.

Requirements

• University or technical college degree with a background in (digital) marketing / e-commerce / business administration
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably with several years as a project manager or business development manager
• High level of understanding or hands-on experience in marketing and marketing channels is essential
• Strong analytical and project management skills, ability to develop solutions and solve problems, experience in data analysis
• Proactive attitude and entrepreneurial thinking with the passion to drive growth in a company in a targeted manner
• Strong relationship building and communication skills to coordinate well with an international team
• Ability to manage projects independently, arrange priorities, identify problems and weigh different options to solve them
• Fluency in English and Polish
• Knowledge and interest in (Korean & Asian) beauty products are a plus
