  • Work together with central teams to fuel growth and execute local marketing plans;
  • Monitor performance and challenge the status quo to reach quarterly targets;
  • Build and manage relationships with new and key local partners (media, influencers, affiliates, etc.);
  • Own the local brand OKRs and take initiatives to improve them;
  • Coordinate local PR execution;
  • Seek new growth opportunities

  • Previous experience in a similar role or as a marketing manager in a B2C startup in the German market (nice to have);
  • Good knowledge of all marketing channels, including influencers and Affiliates;
  • Good connections within the local media and publishers ecosystem;
  • Experience negotiating and executing B2B2C and reselling partnerships to scale growth;
  • Proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset, with excellent analytical skills;
  • Native-level German language skills (mandatory)
