About this position:

Are you a strategic sales leader with a knack for driving digital transformation and achieving ambitious targets? Do you excel in building strong relationships and leading diverse teams to success? If you’re hungry to make things happen and revolutionize our sales approach across METRO countries, we want you to push forward our DISH sales strategy!


Your responsibilities:
  • Lead DISH sales strategy execution on the day-to-day basis and encouraging its continuous improvement across METRO countries.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with country executives, key stakeholders, and representatives to negotiate country sales ambition (target phasing vs sales capacity).
  • Implement multichannel sales approach to capitalize on METRO channels.
  • Support in the sales recruitment of DSF: from hunting, onboarding to performance management. Building strong identity teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common sales targets.
  • Drive results: consistently achieving results, under any METRO core business circumstances to reach DISH sales annual target.
  • Lead METRO digital sales enablement: Transform stores and traditional sales force channels into digital sales solutions by planning and constantly implementing sales measures.
  • Drive sales bottom-up approach with focus on digital solutions impact and value internally (e.g., core business impact) and externally (e.g., customer success).
  • Convince local METRO boards on DISH digital solutions rollout and steer its execution from GTM to sales achievements (e.g., launch of new products: DISH Pay, POS etc.).
  • Implement customer centric approach by leveraging METRO sales feedback and customers feedback into improving current solutions portfolio and influence its developments roadmap.

Your Profile:
  • Proven experience in sales strategy execution and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in implementing multichannel sales approaches.
  • Background in sales recruitment, team building, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets under various business circumstances.
  • Ability to drive a bottom-up sales approach and demonstrate the impact of digital solutions.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to leverage feedback for product improvement.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 Level required).

You can expect an approximate annual gross salary of 70 - 80k if you meet the requirements of this position.
