Our client, a multinational developer of utility-scale Solar projects is currently searching for a Country Manager to head up their German operations.

Successful applicants will have demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects and leading by example as the business builds relationships with municipalities, buyers, and potential investors. A full appreciation of the land acquisition and sale process is paramount to being a success.

The ideal candidate will be in a position to commute to the head office (situated in Saxony) regularly and there is some international travel also. Applicants must possess an MBA, or a related area of study.

Salary is dependent upon experience but does include an annual bonus based upon performance metrics.
