Job Description:

We also collaborate closely with the countries to support them in all sales matters and to accompany new store openings locally. Your Tasks: As a Country Manager Self-Scanning (m/f/d), you will manage and support the entire project and rollout of Self-Scanning in the countries. This includes conducting Fit / Gap analyses, defining country-specific software/hardware requirements, preparing IT requirements, testing new features, training colleagues, managing rollouts, coordinating marketing activities, supporting pilot phases, and acting as the main contact for your assigned countries.

Your Profile: First experience in country support or working with international teams, a degree in business administration or similar, IT affinity, good communication skills, independent and goal-oriented work style, proficiency in German and English, willingness to travel internationally (20-30%).
