As we expand our presence in theDACH markets, we’re looking for aCountry Managerto spearhead growth, drive enterprise sales, and establish Workfully as the go-to recruitment platform in Germany and beyond.

Role Overview

AsCountry Manager, DACH Markets, you’ll be responsible for launching and scaling Workfully’s presence in the region. You’llown revenue growth, build strategic relationships, and establish a strong pipeline ofmid-market and enterprise clients. This role is for anatural deal-closer and community builder—someone who can drive sales while creating brand awareness through events and marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Expand Workfully’s business in the DACH region

• Develop and execute ago-to-market strategyfor Amsterdam and Benelux.

• Establish Workfully as the leading recruitment platform in the region.

Sales & Business Development

• Drivenew client acquisitionin themid-market and enterprisesegments.

• Manage the entire sales cycle—fromlead generationtoclosing dealsanddelivery.

• Own a revenue target and ensureconsistent pipeline growth.

Growth & Marketing Execution

• Utilizemarketing budgetsto generateinbound and outbound leads.

• Launchtargeted campaigns, partnerships, and local marketing initiatives.

Events & Community Building

• Plan and executehigh-impact recruitment and HR eventsto engage potential clients.

• Leverage yournetwork in Germany and Dach markets to drive attendance and interest.

• Represent Workfully at keyindustry conferences and meetups.
