Job Description:

Careforce is a recruitment consultant for the healthcare industry with over 20 years of experience. Our client is an innovative, fully integrated biopharmaceutical company that develops affordable biosimilars, generic formulations, and complex APIs, present in over 120 countries.

To strengthen their presence in Germany, our customer seeks a committed and motivated leader to execute the commercial strategy, manage daily activities, and expand market presence.

Location: Within Germany, 100% Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for tender and non-tender business, including product launch, marketing, inventory, contracting, and pricing
  • Manage open house contracts and monthly reports
  • Plan and execute marketing activities
  • Monitor public tenders and maintain tender calendars
  • Prepare tender offers and develop pricing strategies
  • Track discount settlements and tenders won
  • Coordinate product launches and manage customer relationships with wholesalers and sick funds
  • Interface with logistics providers and coordinate demand planning with production and logistics in India
  • Collaborate with the finance department in India for payments and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Pharmacy, Health Economics, or related field
  • Extensive experience in Tender Management within the German pharmaceutical market
  • Strong understanding of business strategy, P&L management, and industry trends
  • Proven success in developing impactful business strategies
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, results orientation, and independence
  • Highly motivated, committed, service-oriented, and customer-focused
