• Represent Daqo in Germany at industry events and technical working groups.
• Provide market feedback on local standards, product compliance, and certification requirements.

Your mission is to establish and grow Daqo’s presence by developing strategic partnerships with DSOs, EPCs, utilities, and industrial clients, while aligning with local regulations and market dynamics. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role focused on long-term business development and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Daqo’s market development in Germany, with full responsibility for P&L and commercial execution
• Identify and build partnerships with distribution grid operators (e.g. E.ON, EnBW, Westnetz), engineering firms, system integrators, and energy investors
• Drive promotion and adaptation of Daqo’s solutions in data centers, renewables (PV, wind), energy storage, industrial distribution, and EV infrastructure
• Represent Daqo in Germany at industry events, customer meetings, and technical working groups
• Provide market feedback on local standards (e.g. VDE, DIN), product compliance, and certification requirements
• Work cross-functionally with HQ on pricing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support

Requirements

• Fluency in both German and English is required
• Based in Germany or willing to relocate; hybrid work model available
• 7+ years of experience in electrical systems, grid infrastructure, energy automation, or industrial B2B markets
• Strong familiarity with Germany’s energy ecosystem, DSOs, and the Energiewende policy landscape
• Experience working with high-spec engineering buyers and in long-cycle project environments
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with excellent cross-cultural communication skills
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders across technical and commercial functions
