Your Role:

  • Drive Growth: Expand GreenSketch’s customer base in Germany, increasing adoption of our solar solutions across residential and commercial markets.
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of our retail strategies.
  • Customer & Market Insights: Act as the voice of the customer, providing actionable feedback to the product team to enhance our offerings.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide teams to achieve business goals while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in solar retail operations – a must-have.
  • Track record of growing customer numbers and driving commercial success.
  • Strong understanding of the German solar market is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Based in Bavaria, Frankfurt, or nearby regions.
  • Fluent in English and German language skills
