Country Manager Germany
Mission :

Reporting to the Group General Manager, the Country Manager ensures both the management and development of the business, including the management of P&L as well as financials, and the achievement of all commercial targets, in accordance with the Company strategy.

Main responsibilities :
  • Ensure the turnover and EBITDA by effective implementation of the business plan;
  • Manage the relationship between the company and customers to gain competitive advantages;
  • Define budget and target priorities, monitor sales, control, and forecast periodically;
  • Oversee the restructuring and strategic development of the German subsidiary;
