Your Mission
  • You’ll take charge of growing our Dutch eCom shop and shaping the local scaling strategy, including P&L responsibility, focusing on driving margins and revenue.
  • You identify growth levers, optimize our advertising channels, and strengthen our market presence. Your strategic market knowledge will be key to identifying the best opportunities for success.
  • You manage the end-to-end customer journey and ensure it’s tailored to Dutch preferences, from ads to checkout.
  • You collaborate with our German HQ to implement cross-channel initiatives in marketing, content, and product.
  • You identify new sales channels for market penetration and bring in your local expertise.
  • You operate with an entrepreneurial drive, taking full ownership of the Dutch market strategy and continuously evolving it.

Your Profile
  • You are Dutch or have deep knowledge of the Dutch market.
  • You are based in Germany or the Netherlands.
  • Fluency in the local language and English or German.
  • You have 3+ years experience in eCommerce/D2C/startups, ideally with market ownership.
  • You are highly analytical, independent, and pragmatic.
  • You’re excited about owning a market and scaling it with full accountability.
